We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team! This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, data analysis, and customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention across all customer journey stages.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and report on performance to stakeholders.
Map out and continuously refine the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement and improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to inform and enhance lifecycle marketing efforts.
Must Haves:
3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or compliance-related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing analytics
