We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing with a focus on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Email Marketing, Creative Strategy, and managing HR related to all marketing initiatives.
PPC Campaign Management:
Oversee and orchestrate comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
Conduct thorough keyword research, oversight ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad direction, and bid management.
Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Email Marketing:
Leverage Klaviyo and other email marketing tools to create and implement targeted email campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
Coordinate with the creative department on needed assets to segment audiences.
Conduct A/B testing with subject lines, creative, and content.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track key metrics and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.
Strategy and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies to enhance the overall digital presence and customer engagement.
Brand Management:
Develop and maintain the company's brand voice and identity.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skincare retailing related experience.
Proven experience (3+ years) in PPC campaign management with a successful track record of driving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale for campaign tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications in PPC and email marketing will be considered a plus.
