Job Description:

Title: HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Remote but must work CST hours

Length of Assignment: July 8th-19th

Pay: 40.00-45.00/hr DOE

The HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, excellent technical skills in HubSpot, and a data-driven mindset to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

About the Role:
  • HubSpot Management: Configure and manage HubSpot tools including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM to support B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Development: Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and targeted content for various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize future campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to continually optimize email marketing and other automated campaigns.
  • Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and automation of repetitive marketing tasks.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools, such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and new features.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM. Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Certification: HubSpot certifications in Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, or Marketing Software are preferred.

Pay range and compensation package: The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $ 40.00-45.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
