A Robert Half client is seeking a Multimedia Manager for a long term 40hr a week contract.
This role will be onsite 3 days a week with potential to have to come in other days if necessary for meetings.
In this role you will Lead, mentor and develop a diverse multimedia team of 3-4 people who are individually specialized in video content creation, 3D design, and photography. (Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.)
However, This role is not just strategy/management focused but is also a contributor role. The candidate will create brand and/or product videos from pre-to post-production. (This candidate will have 3-5 years experience in video production. They bring experience in developing video strategy and storyboarding.)
For this role you need to be :
Comfortable working in a high production, high output environment. Ability to pivot if priorities or focus changes.
Proven project management skills demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines
Is a champion for the brand. Leans into brand and marketing strategies and uses them as a guide for the team's creative vision and direction.
Ability to manage project workload of the team and prioritize based on department objectives. Manage deliverables and timelines using project management software.
Ensure team is cataloging content in department-wide asset library and server.
Previous experience in bringing products or services to market and how to commercialize them for product or campaign launch.
Working experience with Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Teams.
Working experience in video production tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, Cinema 4D, and 3D Max.
