Role Description
Our firm is growing, and we are looking to hire for multiple full-time on-site roles for Administrative Specialists in the Human Resources and Accounts Receivable departments at Brown Sims, P.C. located in Houston, TX. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR and/or Accounts Receivable departments. Depending on the role, this includes tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, data entry, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee training programs, managing accounts receivable functions, and providing general administrative assistance.
Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR or Accounts Receivable
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with payroll and benefits administration is a plus
Knowledge of HR and AR processes and regulations is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred
