Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in Bethel Park, PA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include order entry, proofing of orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other team members to improve processes and maintain a positive customer experience.
