LHH has partnered with a law firm to hire a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator! This position is open due to high demand and growth of the company. The role is direct hire and on-site, but may have flexibility for hybrid in the future. The salary range is $60,000-65,000. *Experience with processing titles and closing procedures is required!*
Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:
Manage contracts throughout the home buying and selling process
Oversee all transactions
Liaison with lenders, HOAs, buyers/sellers
Coordinate with agents, clients and vendors to ensure smooth closing process
Input client information into database system and track transaction activities
Qualifications/Skills:
At least 2 years experience in the real estate industry
Experience with processing titles and knowledge of closing procedures
