A leading Washington-area legal and technology consulting firm, Freedom Technologies Inc., which specializes in law, policy, strategic communications, and engineering, is seeking an office assistant/executive assistant for a part-time in-person position.

Position Type: Part-time (15-20 hours), In-Person, 3-4 days in-office presence
Role:
The Office Assistant/Executive Assistant will ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office while providing high-level administrative support to the senior team. This dual role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to work with a diverse and talented team. Key responsibilities include: • Clerical tasks: Sorting and sending mail, maintaining files, taking dictation, printing/scanning/copying, preparing address labels, drafting emails for senior team, and ordering office supplies. • Receptionist: Greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, and managing email and mail correspondence. • Office management: Managing deliveries, coordinating visitors and other access with security desk. • Scheduling: Arranging appointments, managing calendars, maintaining address list maintenance, organizing and managing company lunches, and scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites. • Other tasks: Supporting travel booking, basic bookkeeping tasks, and research.
