Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at our Los Angeles office. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communication with clients and internal staff, customer service, and overall office administration duties.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
Proficiency in operating office equipment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Experience in the accounting or finance industry is a plus
This role is a full-time onsite position. No WFH offered.
