Drayton Dismantling and Distribution Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Drayton Aerospace, is opening a new office in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. We are seeking an experienced and skilled sales support professional to join our team in the aircraft parts distribution industry. As a customer support executive, you are responsible for helping to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams supporting our global customer base. Also, works to ensure that work performed is completed within company and industry standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and sometimes in person
Processes customer request for quotes, customer orders, returns, warranty
Resolves customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
Coordinates with other Drayton departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintains customer records and updates databases with relevant information
Identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Two years previous experience in customer service
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with a team
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc...
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry working with buyers and sellers
Previous experience in brokering and sourcing aerospace material ++
Knowledge or experience of aircraft parts and components +
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field +
Ability to speak Spanish and Portuguese +
Previous experience using Component Controls Quantum software ++
