Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of requirements, project updates, and expectations.
  • Handle and prioritize new project requests, aligning them with our strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Deliver regular updates on project status, highlighting potential risks and emerging issues to stakeholders in an effective manner.
  • Oversee the management of DevOps support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and documented accurately.
  • Expertly utilize Atlassian Suite tools (JIRA, Confluence) to monitor task progress, coordinate sprints, and uphold project documentation standards.
  • Champion Agile processes within the team by organizing and leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Decompose project deliverables into Epics, Stories, and Tasks to maintain clarity and ensure team alignment.
  • Cultivate a progressive Agile environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement among the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Established experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a comparable role.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical applications.
  • High proficiency with Atlassian Suite tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Desired
  • AWS certifications or hands-on experience with Cloud Services and Kubernetes.
  • Prior experience in the space industry or with similar advanced technologies.
