Help Desk Technician - Contract to Hire - Onsite, Hillsboro Oregon
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our client who is a global leader in display and digital signage technology. You will install, repair, and maintain workplace devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printers. This role includes software installation, troubleshooting, network problem identification, and cloud service assistance.
Qualifications:
2-4 years relevant experience
High School Education or equivalent
Experience with LDAP (Active Directory) and Azure preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand/walk for prolonged periods, and use computer hardware/software
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain workplace devices
Install software images and maintain hardware/software lifecycle
Support Help Desk and resolve tickets per SLA
Manage workload efficiently
Ensure device and software security
Assist in customer education and training
Troubleshoot PC software/hardware failures and network issues
Assist with network/system admin tasks and cloud services troubleshooting
