IT Head to lead SAP HANA and IT Infrastructure team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP HANA systems and broader IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team responsible for SAP HANA administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement strategic plans for SAP HANA deployment and upgrades in alignment with business objectives.
Ensure the stability and performance of SAP HANA databases and applications through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
Manage IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers, to support business operations efficiently.
Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies and tools to improve performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions and support.
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures to protect company data and systems.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to SAP HANA and IT infrastructure services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
? Proven experience 10 in managing SAP and should have experience of SAP HANA environments in large-scale enterprises.
? Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
? Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
? Solid knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Certification in SAP HANA administration or related technologies.
