Required Skills
Mobile App Development - Ability to work with iOS (Objective-C, Swift) and Android platforms (Java, Kotlin)
Programming - Ability to develop marketing applications using best practices in mobile development. Experience with leveraging REST, GraphQL APIs and building APIs.
Independence - Complete a task without the help of superiors or excessive client direction.

Project Management - Very detail-oriented and thoughtful scheduling of all development work monthly. Ability to effectively delegate tasks to other team members. Must be able to accurately estimate time to accomplish a task.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties
Develop effective digital marketing applications, automation, & tracking solutions
Manage development tasks & projects according to client specifications & timelines
Test & review code (quality assurance) to ensure high-quality end products
Research & learn evolving programming, marketing, and business technologies
Continually improve company development processes
Meet deadlines & exceed expectations
Nice To Have
Knowledge from at least one of these languages and frameworks:
Javascript (NodeJS) + Express, NextJS or similar.
PHP + Laravel, Symfony or similar.
Python + Django or Flask
Experience with popular ecommerce platforms like Shopify Plus.
Experience Required for Role
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
3-4 years of programming experience, especially with mobile and digital marketing
Analytical background with a creative approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Disciplined organizational skills in all aspects of job duties with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort in a fast-paced and informal environment
Team player who can immediately add value
