Key Responsibilities:
Soldering: Execute precise and high-quality soldering on various electronic components and circuit boards.
Assembly and Testing: Handle the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical hardware components and systems, ensuring they meet stringent specifications and standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment life.
Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all tasks performed, including schematics, blueprints, and test results.
Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of incoming materials and completed work to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Collaboration: Partner with engineers and other technicians to support the design and development of new electrical products.
Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in electrical hardware with a strong emphasis on soldering.
Education: An Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Expertise in soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount soldering.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
