Our client is seeking a Power BI Data Analyst who will gather retail operations data from multiple databases, platforms, stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors to complete analyze. The ideal candidate will transform large data sets through data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling. This job is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Duties:
Standardize data processes and quality
Assist in developing business reporting
Increase data availability, standardization, and automation processes
Problem solve and investigate issues
Participate in all phases of system testing
Work successfully in an agile project across multiple feature and component teams
Complete estimates and work plans in Program Increments (PI) Meetings as appropriate for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks
Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience with R, including data cleaning, performing calculations on large datasets, and performing exploratory data analysis
Python
PowerBI
Experience working with Power Query, Dataflows, Row Level Security (RLS), and writing measures with DAX
Eye for visualization and a focus on the user experience
