As a Clinical Scientist you will report to the Lead Clinical Scienitst to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and analyzing clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of scientific rigor and ethical conduct. The Clinical Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to drive our biotech projects through the clinical development process.
What you'll do
Clinical Trial Design and Implementation:Support the design and development of clinical trial protocols, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, drawing meaningful conclusions to contribute to project decisions.
Work closely with statisticians and data managers to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
Regulatory Compliance:Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide updates on clinical trial progress and outcomes.
Scientific Leadership:Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and other forms of knowledge dissemination.
What we're looking for
Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline with at least 10 years combined education and work experience (e.g., biology, pharmacology, immunology).
Proven experience in designing and managing clinical trials within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical development processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
