Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced Voice Network Engineer to assist their team in the upcoming migration from Cisco to Microsoft Teams. This person will manage full life cycle of telecommunication systems to install, maintain, integrate, and upgrade systems. This person should feel confident in both Cisco and Teams systems. This contract is expected to extend well beyond 2024.

Desired Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience within Network Engineering
Experience within VoIP implementation and support
Experience migrating from Cisco to Teams
Familiar with telecommunication technologies and has experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell
Able to deploy and configure Microsoft Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing
Configure, deploy, and manage Teams-certified devices, audio/video conferencing, telephones, and voice migration.
Plusses:
CCNP or CCNA certification preferred.
Cisco Voice certification
Cisco Routing & Switching certification
Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer
