Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a System Manager of Epic Applications for a direct hire opportunity in Montana. This role requires working onsite 2 days a week, and 3 from home, however they must sit in Montana. This manager will focus their time on owning the Epic Applications and lead a team of Epic Certified Application Analysts, about 25 individuals. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, support, and ongoing optimization of our Epic system.
In this leadership role, you'll wear multiple hats. You'll collaborate with clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, build, validate, test, and optimize Epic modules based on best practices. You'll also be responsible for independently formulating and implementing solutions to user requests, issues, and problems, ensuring our system adapts to the evolving needs of the health system and third-party environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and empower a team of Epic Certified Application Analysts.
Oversee all aspects of the Epic system lifecycle, from installation planning to long-term support.
Manage team resources to ensure in-depth workflow analysis, thorough data collection, and comprehensive reports that meet user needs.
Establish and enforce system standards for workflow analysis, system specifications, testing, change control, training, and implementation.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Salary Range: $127,000 - $155,000
