Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master for an initial 6 month contract with a large client near Boca Raton. We're seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach with 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will guide and coach the team on how best to use Agile Framework as well as work to resolve team impediments and remove obstacles. We're specifically seeking candidates with Safe , Kanban, and Scrum experience. You will manage the kanban board as well as ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. You'll be working with an infrastructure and operations team, so there is also a technical analysis component to this position and will assist with analysis tied to technical licensing, as well as act as a bit of an assistant to the manager of the team. We're seeking someone who can help the team implement changes effectively as well as can maintain project financials and assist with status reporting. We're seeking candidates who can lead, coach, and influence as well as someone with executive presence.
