Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Client - Serve as a key liaison between Information Technology, Compliance and Business.
Work closely with business users to understand data needs, business processes and strategies.
Establish project and work requests requirements using document, business process and workflow analysis. Ensure all stakeholders are involved in requirements gathering activities.
Plan, elicit, formulate, define, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements.
Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications and functions.
Work with Product Owner to understand business requirements and be able to write them into Epics and derive required features from each Epic.
Create clear and concise User Stories for each Feature that are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Business Administration-related field, or equivalent education and related training.
Five or more years of overall professional experience within the Securities Industry.
Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements
Excellent written and verbal skills with proven ability to work with business and technical teams
Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong SQL skills and familiarity
Strong Critical Thinking and analytical skills
Communication skills (present, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels)
Experience supporting Salesforce and/or Data Governance Initiatives is a plus.
