Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software, and providing technical support to our staff. Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing and managing security measures.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, including manuals, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
