Develop and implement a data and enterprise application strategy that aligns with CEEUS's business objectives.
Lead CEEUS in enhancing data literacy across the organization, empowering all employees to become effective stewards and users of our valuable data assets.
Foster a data-informed culture by promoting the use of data analytics and insights in decision-making processes across all levels of the organization.
Travel to industry conferences and actively network within those communities to track the latest trends and shape a vision to ensure CEEUS remains at the forefront of data, analytics, and enterprise application advancements.
2. Team Management:
Build, lead, and manage the team responsible for Master Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, and Business Applications.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Oversee the professional development and performance of team members.
3. Data Governance and MDM:
Initiate and develop a Data Governance program and support a cross-functional team that sets and maintains data standards.
Oversee data stewardship, quality, and life-cycle management initiatives.
Support the risk management committee and collaborate with representatives from various departments to identify and mitigate data risks.
Develop clear master data definitions. Ensure the accurate and consistent management of master data across the organization.
Implement and manage master data management tools and processes.
4. Data Warehousing and Data Analytics:
Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions.
Ensure efficient data integration and storage practices.
Lead the development and deployment of business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, analytics, and reports.
5. Enterprise Application Management:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and integration of enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, and M365.
Ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems and processes.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments to understand their business needs.
Collaborate with the Director of Business Technology and the Director of Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement to ensure cohesive data and application integration across the organization.
7. Vendor and Budget Management:
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Oversee the data and application budget, ensuring cost-effective investments
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Technical Degree
8+ years' experience in data management, data architecture, data governance, and enterprise applications
Strong knowledge of data architecture and governance practices
