Join our team to revolutionize our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using SailPoint, enhancing security, and streamlining access management across our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with the internal IAM team for knowledge transfer
Assess the impact of RBAC implementation on existing entitlements
Identify and document roadblocks in transitioning entitlements to roles
Estimate personnel hours for implementation and transition
Address prerequisites for role implementation
Provide weekly progress updates to internal teams
Analyze, install, modify, and support operating systems and core services
Conduct systems programming and RBAC support activities
Develop systems software tools and automated solutions
Evaluate hardware compatibility and influence design decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and SailPoint
Proficiency in workflow analysis
Familiarity with SailPoint connectivity to Active Directory and Azure AD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
3+ years of experience in IAM and RBAC implementation (preferred)
SailPoint certification (highly desired)

Assignment duration: 1 year with possibility of extension/conversion

Work environment: Unclassified network, virtual/remote
Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours (preferred)
Full-time position starting ASAP
