CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a reputable distribution client near Raleigh, NC that is seeking an Assets and Reliability Engineering Manager. As the Assets and Reliability Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for start up, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical controls, disaster planning and ensuring proper functioning of complex automated systems and PLCs for a highly automated distribution warehouse. Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relative Asset and Reliability Engineering experience in a high volume distribution operation plus leadership experience. Hands on experience with building automation systems including Trane Tracer Summit System, Manhattan Associates' WMS and knowledge of CAD are all preferred skills. Requirements for the Assets and Reliability Engineering Manager
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of relative Asset and Reliability Engineering experience in a high volume distribution operation
Leadership experience
Experience with the start up, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical controls, disaster planning and ensuring proper functioning of complex automated systems and PLCs for a highly automated distribution warehouse
Proven success in keeping material handling equipment functioning at peak performance to ensure the distribution operations meet shipping requirements
Experience with building automation systems including Trane Tracer Summit System, Manhattan Associates' WMS and knowledge of CAD are all preferred
Proven ability to maintain compliance with corporate, federal and state regulatory requirements
Compensation for the Assets and Reliability Engineering Manager
Direct hire
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (MUST be able to be on call 24/7 for emergency situations)
Pay: $100.000-20,500/year + bonus
