Key Responsibilities:
Support brake control system development for vehicles
Perform HIL (Hardware In The Loop), bench, and vehicle simulator tests
Calibrate vehicle brake controls to meet performance targets
Evaluate and compare brake system performance in different vehicles
Develop and maintain performance specifications for brake systems
Conduct vehicle performance tests and analyze data
Create and maintain data analysis scripts
Write verification test reports
Resolve vehicle and integration issues during development
Collaborate with engineering teams for control algorithms, brakes, actuators, and electronic units
Support vehicle test trips (domestic and international)
Assist in customer test drive events
Help develop brake control algorithms and actuator control strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Knowledge of vehicle dynamics
Understanding of control techniques and theory
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of hardware and software design
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
Good communication skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering
3-10 years of experience in automotive industry, especially in brake controls or vehicle testing
Knowledge of vehicle brake systems
Experience with simulation and modeling
Ability to read Simulink models and C-code
Experience developing performance specifications
High performance driving experience
Experience with data acquisition and analysis
Experience with HIL or vehicle testing
