Field Design Engineers for a Global Consumer Device company in (Seattle, WA)
Responsibilities:
You will test cellular technologies in the field, perform log analysis and debug issues.
You will be driven to locations up to 30 minutes from the lab to test cellular technologies of nex-gen devices.
You will work 4 days in the field, 1 day in the lab per work week.
Transportation/Driver/Security will be provided.
During peak season (June-October) you will hike in parks to test cellular technologies (Once every 2 months).
You will communicate if there is a technical issue and have strong fundamental skills and judgement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detailed oriented, analytical, able to work independently.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 1-3years' experience with end-to-end testing of cellular technologies that includes test plan preparation, field testing, log analysis & debugging issues
Field testing experience with cellular, GPS, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
Must be able for walks in city limits and hike outdoors while perform field testing
Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills. Must be detail-oriented
