Job Overview:
A leading automotive company is seeking a Dealer Development Specialist to join their Software QA Governance Department within the Digital Services Development division. This department manages the operational and quality aspects of digital services and software products, including Connected Apps and Back Office systems. The role involves supporting and training various teams, approving releases, addressing architecture and cybersecurity issues, and providing project management and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless integration among Sales, Marketing, Field Dealers, and Call Center teams.
- Identify and address customer and dealer challenges.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing, business operations, and product development teams.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain coordination with quality and solutions architect teams to ensure the success of digital services initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will have significant experience in customer experience, mobile web, and telematics ecosystems, along with a deep understanding of dealer and customer challenges.
