Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen

Expert level/Minimum eight (8) years' experience in:
• Client Data Integration development
• Court/Law Enforcement Application or Database Support
• GJXDM Standard
• MS SQL (mySQL / PL/SQL / Stored Procedures)
• XML / JSON
• Web Service (RESTful / SOAP) development and implementation
• HTML5
• Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• IT Project management experience in a criminal justice environment
• Experience managing the work of integrations development staff
• Pass a stringent criminal background check (May take up to 6 weeks)

Preferred Skills:
• Development relating to criminal justice integrations in Southern Nevada
• Development of integrations with Tyler Odyssey CMS, Equivant CourtView CMS
• Data Exchange work utilizing the GJXDM standard
• Proficient command of written and spoken English, should demonstrate fluency in both oral and writing communications

This position will function as an Integrations Project manager for the design, testing, and implementation of Client Data Integrations between District Court and Law Enforcement applications. Technologies include .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL Server, XML / JSON, Web Services, and HTML5. Specifically, this position will redesign an existing web application to include new design and functionality for users.

Milestone Deliverables:
• Design complete data integrations to automate court Bindover and Filing processes with Client CMS
• Plan and develop test data for validation with each release
• Create and deliver appropriate technical documentation to project needs throughout development process
• Work with functional and technical staff to gather documentation related to current system architecture and integration requirements within first four weeks
• Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by actively participating as a member of the team in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
• Deliver assigned project on schedule. If project is in jeopardy of not meeting deadline, inform development team within 24 hours of determination
• Communicate development roadblocks to development team within 24 hours of determination

Daily/Weekly expectations:
• Design/develop functionality meeting the needs of determined project requirements and bugs
• Deliver weekly progress for development team code review
• Analyze and correct technical issues as found, providing weekly bug status updates
• Evaluate and recommend alternative integration design solutions
• Maintain and communicate status of work performed bi-weekly at minimum
• Updates tasks in Azure DevOps boards corresponding to work efforts
