JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively translate a desired business outcome into an actionable, achievable, and team-aligned plan that delivers per expectations.
Inspire and lead technical project teams to meet critical business objectives.
Collaborate with business partners and advise and coach them in terms of how to effectively articulate the desired business outcomes into actionable requirements is critical skills.
Sponsor and stakeholder management.
Project planning and execution.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field.
PMI or PMP certification.
7+ years' experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to lead cross-functional, technical project teams.
Ability to resolve complex project management issues in a timely manner.
Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies used to implement system changes.
Recent experience leading large and complex projects with significant technical components, tech. upgrades, etc.
Knowledge of the finance industry and experience in technical project implementation.
Ability to build consensus in cross-functional teams.
Ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to collaboration across corporate business units and service divisions.
Proficient with MS Project.
PMI or PMP certification; experience with projects where Oracle is part of the technical landscape; project management experience in large, matrixed organizations.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Stellar communicator with a high degree of accountability.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to lead change.
