As a Project Lead supporting End-to-End Q&C Risk Reduction, Continuous Improvement & Sustainability within the PQRCI program.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the Overall project management activities for PQCRI program, tracking the milestone of the Corrective actions, supporting management meetings and presentation including meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, follow-up actions with the workstream leads, setup workshops and program metric summaries.

Duties & Responsibilities: For IMQNC
Coordinate daily collaboration with functions on risk collection, prioritization, and effective
mitigation.
Drive the cadence and agendas.
Uphold meeting cadence, run reports, record actions, and follow-ups.
Ensure materials are prepped for meetings.
Ensure correct stakeholders attend IMQNC cadence.
Ensure elevations/escalations and leadership decisions are captured, shared, and followed up on Proactively support risk mitigation to improve quality outcomes.
Provide regular updates on signals and risk mitigation status to stakeholders.
Support risk prioritization process effectiveness.
Manage action progress tracking with function teams.
Prepare reports for IMQNC updates to LT.
Drive continuous improvement and expansion of IMQNC processes and capabilities.
