Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at FXD Construction LLC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in Coral Gables, FL, but some jobsite work is required.
Qualifications
Experience in project management and coordination
Knowledge of expediting and logistics management
Ability to oversee inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Construction industry experience is a must
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
