Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Project Management at HONREE CORP with the possibility to transfer to Fulltime. The VP of Project Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing all projects within the organization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. This role is located in Vienna, VA, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Job Responsibilities are included but not limited to: • Focusing on land and housing development. • Acting as Honree Corp's realtor and performing all realtor-related duties. • Building and leading a high-performing team. • Utilizing your project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Mentoring team members and providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed. • Supervising team activities and ensuring that all team members are working effectively towards our common goals
Qualifications
Proven track record in project management
Strong leadership and communication skills, bilingual is a plus but not required
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
A valid real estate license in Virginia
is preferred but not required.
