Our Fortune 150 client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager IV to join their team in St. Petersburg, FL.
The selected individual will manage the telecom part of projects for transmission, generation, real estate, and regional IT enterprise projects. This role requires a proactive and independent professional with a strong background in project management, particularly within the telecom or IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage approximately sixty open projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
Attend and actively participate in staff meetings every Tuesday morning at our St. Petersburg office
Document all communications with the business in JIRA.
Collaborate with internal telecom and field teams to schedule and complete work by agreed-upon business due dates.
Provide short weekly updates to a group of sixty individuals on the status of work for the next two to four weeks.
Occasionally attend site visits for customer kickoff meetings within the Client Florida territory.
Learn the client environment and develop a working knowledge of the telecom products provided to internal business customers.
Work closely with two product owners to address successes, questions, and challenges.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in managing and reporting on project budgets.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent verbal communication and note-taking skills.

General Comments:
The selected Project Manager will be responsible for managing smaller scope projects and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
