Qualifications
As described in WAC 110-145-1430: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable populations, or an associate's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable populations; or three years of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of The Landing, ensuring excellent trauma-informed care is delivered to every eligible child.
Cultivate a team of volunteers, ensuring ever-improving rates of participation & retention.
Respond to any emergencies in volunteer-centric programs which typically range from logistical issues to child behavior management.
Develop the Skookum Mentors program, discovering its ideal program:community fit, securing sustainable funding, and building its overall capacity.
Ensure that volunteer-centric programs function at a high degree of excellence and maintain compliance with applicable contract & licensing rules.
Represent the needs, interests, and capabilities of volunteer-centric programs internally at Skookum and with external partners, paying special attention to the boundaries between working groups.
Oversee the recruitment & training of 4-6 interns in each academic period.
Manage a range of concrete resources (facility, equipment, & supplies) across the full continuum of Skookum's programs.
