The NGL Scheduler is responsible for overseeing monthly scheduling activities for the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will act as a key liaison between operations and customers, coordinating logistics while maintaining strong customer relationships.
What will you do?
As a NGL Scheduler, you will:
Conduct scheduling for the region's gas plants and refineries.
Coordinate transportation between operations and customers.
Communicate with stakeholders on necessary information required for planning deliveries and receipts.
Build strong, positive relationships with customer contacts to position the company as the preferred service provider.
Identify and cultivate business development opportunities through customer interactions.
Provide NGL commercial business reports, including open position/inventory schedules, historical volume movements, customer nomination changes, and others.
Track and relay refinery data and variations to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the prompt and accurate ticket distributions.
Oversee tasks related to product nominations.
Assist in invoice and other volume-related resolutions.
Recommend process improvements.
Carry out other responsibilities as needed.
What are the requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years experience with NGL scheduling preferred
Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
RightAngle experience preferred
Experience with plan development, schedule developments, cost estimating, scope planning, and budgeting
Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
Ability to work on teams and independently
High level of analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
