Executive Assistant

*Hybrid Role in South San Francisco (4x per week onsite)

Meet has partnered with a pre-IPO biotech in the Bay Area that is focused within the the hematology/oncology space that is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will be supporting multiple C-Suite and VP-level team members and will serve as a key part of the organization

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling and planning for multiple executives' calendars
  • Support a variety of administrative tasks for the executive team; team meeting planning, completing expense reports, managing client communications, arranging travel plans, preparing presentations
  • Managing ad-hoc department projects in support of higher leadership

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Experience in small/startup biotech required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ambition required
