We are looking to hire a Remediation Systems Engineer (EIR Engineer 2) in our Pittsburgh, PA office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Remedial system pilot testing, design, operation, maintenance support, and optimization.
Management and review of system performance data.
Hands-on technical analysis of systems at project locations.
Interfacing with state and federal regulatory agencies.
Report writing and review.
Minimum Requirements:
Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or similar degree.
5 -15 years of professional experience with remedial system design, implementation and operation.
Technical Requirements:
Professional Engineer licensure a plus
Understanding of Pennsylvania and Federal environmental regulations (E.g. CERCLA, RCRA, Title 25 Chapters 245 and 250). Knowledge of Ohio and West Virginia regulations is a plus.
5 - 15 years of relevant experience with environmental remediation design, implementation and operation.
Strong background in environmental regulation and remedial engineering concepts.
Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
Ability to occasionally travel to local and out of town project sites
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
