We are looking to hire a Remediation Systems Engineer (EIR Engineer 2) in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Remedial system pilot testing, design, operation, maintenance support, and optimization.
  • Management and review of system performance data.
  • Hands-on technical analysis of systems at project locations.
  • Interfacing with state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Report writing and review.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or similar degree.
  • 5 -15 years of professional experience with remedial system design, implementation and operation.

Technical Requirements:
  • Professional Engineer licensure a plus
  • Understanding of Pennsylvania and Federal environmental regulations (E.g. CERCLA, RCRA, Title 25 Chapters 245 and 250). Knowledge of Ohio and West Virginia regulations is a plus.
  • 5 - 15 years of relevant experience with environmental remediation design, implementation and operation.
  • Strong background in environmental regulation and remedial engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to local and out of town project sites
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
