Sr. Program Manager, M&A

Overview:

The Technology Merger Acquisition and Divestiture (MAD) Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing technology integration and separation activities. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech workstreams, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Mitigate issues/risks for Paramount, Paramount Tech, and the Program Management and Transformation Office (PMTO).
  • Develop and manage MAD program deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate the integration or separation of technology systems, data, and processes.
  • Oversee financial aspects of the project, including cost estimation, invoicing, and billing management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish frameworks and structure in any situation that lacks organization.
  • Manage the day-to-day program activities and resources, and chair team meetings.

Skills/Experience Required:
  • At least 8 years of demonstrated experience managing technology mergers, acquisition, and divestiture programs.
  • 5+ years of strong Program Delivery experience across 3 or more of the following technology workstreams (information security, infrastructure, identity, email, corporate systems, advertising technology, production technology, Vendor Management, Data Migrations etc.)
  • 5+ strong Excel skills (analytics, pivot tables, formulas, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.
  • Possess strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation:

$70.00 - $80.00
