Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with renewable energy projects, focusing on solar and energy storage.

- Expertise in overseeing projects to meet design specs, safety, and quality standards.
- Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder coordination and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project.
- Ability to adjust to changing project needs.
- Competence in understanding and implementing technical drawings and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the initial planning for solar and energy storage projects, creating detailed schedules and resource plans.
- Ensure high safety standards in project design and execution, working with the safety team to enhance safety programs.
- Implement quality management systems to prevent defects and ensure best practices.
- Define and enforce EPC contract scopes.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring contractors meet specifications and obligations.
- Develop and manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts, ensuring proper handling of receivables and payables.
- Maintain customer relationships, communicate project status, address issues, and provide solutions.
- Lead project teams, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
- Support subcontracting processes, including scope development, RFP review, and contract finalization.
- Ensure project alignment with design specifications and superior product delivery.
- Meet reporting requirements on safety, quality, schedule, risks, financials, and customer relationships.
- Address issues, evaluate alternatives, propose solutions, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 7 years in project management, focusing on renewable energy and EPC management.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), Microsoft Office Suite, and database tools.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
