Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Onsite in Beaverton, Oregon

Type: Direct Hire/Permanent

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description: The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office by managing administrative support duties. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing the conference room calendar.
  • Oversee the stock of office supplies, ordering as needed.
  • Handle mail collection, sorting, and distribution, as well as preparing outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems, including important documents such as vendor contracts and business licenses.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, utility tracking, and assist with budget preparation.
  • Provide HR support, including recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
  • Coordinate company events and employee recognition items.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
