The PMA will work directly with our Investment Team and participate in Investment Committee meetings. There is room for growth in this position to take on additional and more complex investment tasks.

Responsibilities
Develop investment proposals and provide trade recommendations tailored to a client's existing portfolio
Execute transactions on brokerage platforms including account rebalances, block trading and one-off transactions
Manage cash requirements including negative balances, NSFs and management fees
Data input, editing, and upkeep in Black Diamond
Participate in meetings and discussions internally and with clients to provide insights and analysis on investment performance and strategy
Compliance reporting
Assist with portfolio analysis and quarterly commentary
Responding to client inquiries related to stocks, mutual funds and ETFs
401(k)/529 review
Assist in portfolio management activities including performance monitoring, risk analysis and asset allocation
Support the development and implementation of investment strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field required; CFA or progress toward CFA designation is a plus
Experience in portfolio analysis with mutual funds, stocks and ETFs
Requirements
1-3 years of trading and industry experience
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to analyze financial data
Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential client information
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently as well as within a team and prioritize tasks appropriately
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both orally and in writing
Experience with Black Diamond and Schwab Advisor Center is not required, but would be a plus
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant who is the hiring manager for this position. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments on detail orientation, and a Caliper assessment.
