Project Coordinator x2 - Denver, CO (Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday WFH)
The Project Coordinator is to work directly with the field service technicians that support SMB/Large Enterprise customers. This candidates role is to manage a team of technicians and work with them closely to ensure they are showing up on time, providing necessary information required to complete job, help with troubleshooting on complex installs or resolutions needed, and aiding their efforts until the job is complete and pushing it through the ticketing system and passing it along to configuration team for set up.
Must Have Skills:
1 to 3 years of project coordination experience in a field operations environment
Understanding of technical install timelines for network installations or configurations - telecom products - and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Experience working with technicians for timeline reporting - ensuring project timelines are met and reporting delays and deficiencies as needed
Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Telecommunication background
Experience with firewalls, routers, and switches - understanding how they connect to modems
