The Role: As the Front Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our client's office operations. You'll oversee the front office staff, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From setting schedules and approving payroll to enforcing compliance with HIPAA regulations, your leadership will be crucial in maintaining their high standards. You'll also supervise the creation of electronic health records, assist with insurance authorizations, and medical billing, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Oversee Staff: Crafting schedules, managing payroll, and approving overtime are all in a day's work for you.
  • Supervise Patient Records: Oversee the creation and management of electronic health records, ensuring they're accurate and up-to-date.
  • Update Office Procedures: Keep office procedures fresh and efficient, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Assist with Billing: Provide support with insurance authorizations and medical billing to keep things running smoothly.
  • Maintain Provider Schedules: Ensure that providers' schedules are managed effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold HIPAA regulations and internal policies to the highest standard.
  • Receptionist Duties: Jump in to assist with front desk tasks whenever necessary.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. An Associate's degree with equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical office, preferably in a supervisory role, is essential. You should have managed a team of over 20 people before.
  • Skills: Familiarity with medical terminology, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities are a must.
