Location: Midtown East - hybrid work schedule, 3 days/week in the office, 2 from home. Hours 8:45am/9am - 5:30pm with flexibility as needed.
Salary: commensurate with experience and up to $90k base + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
You will be responsible for providing seamless, high-level support to the firm's internal team. The ideal candidate is very eager, driven and has an all hands of deck mentality!
About the Role:
Acting as main gatekeeper - screening all incoming calls and emails, prioritizing according to importance
Building relationships with high-level clientele and internal executives
Scheduling - calendar management, meetings, ordering food for catering, additional duties as assigned
Assist in tracking and managing accounting deadlines, including tax filings, financial statement preparations, and audit requirement
Handling confidential information/trade secrets with poise and discretion
About You:
1 - 3+ years of experience in financial services preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
World- class communicator, both written and verbal
Expertise in MS Office, and can pick up systems quickly
Confident and motivated, with a go-getter, team player mentality
Organized and meticulous, and are committed to efficiency
Goal oriented and excellent judgement
Sophisticated, professional, and discreet
