Insight Global is looking for a customer service representative to work in Clearwater, FL. This person will work 2 days onsite (Monday and Tuesday). This person will be responsible for handling customer emails for any after sales tasks, for example: returns, shipment errors, missing orders, invoices, credits to vendors, debits to customers, etc. This person must have strong attention to detail in order to handles escalated issues properly and document claims appropriately while following external vendor processes appropriately. They will work hand in hand with other teams such as claims, sales, and purchasing.
