Job Description:

Summary

Boutique Venture Capital firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to primarily support the CEO and provide occasional support to other senior leadership. Manage professional/personal calendars, coordinate complex domestic/international travel including itineraries and logistics, manage expenses and personal administrative paperwork. Serve as point of contact for internal and external communications. Will also be point of contact for CEO's networks and assist with prioritizing his schedule along with any ad-hoc personal tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience supporting C- Level executives within financial services, professional services, or real estate. Should have experience interacting with senior leadership and providing strong customer service and be able to build strong relationships with counterparts. Must maintain high level of discretion in handling sensitive information. Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and be dedicated to work outside of office hours as needed. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong technical skills, MS Office. German language proficiency is a plus.

Compensation: $140-150K plus Paid OT & Bonus & Lunch Paid for Daily
