About the Job: * Manage all aspects of leasing including, approval packages, summaries, document routing, and deal terms. * Coordinate commission calculations, and agreements, and enter deal information into the software. * Create tour packages with custom materials and information. * Prepare tenant and other leasing reports for review by teammates. * Generate custom floor plans and custom tours for interested parties. * Complete special projects and additional tasks as needed.
About You: * 2+ years' office experience, preferably in property management or customer service. * A bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with advanced skills. * Capacity to quickly grasp accounting and other software systems. * Typing speed of 40+ words per minute and exceptional organizational skills. * Strong analytical abilities for accurate data interpretation and evaluation.
About the Position: * $26/hr-$28/hr * Temporary for 3 months. * Strong potential to extend. * 100% on-site in Bethesda, MD * Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm. * Metro accessible!
