Ultimate Staffing Specialization - Temporary and Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information about products and services.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Multilingual abilities and customer service certifications are a plus.
