Role and responsibilities

Working in Miami, the Property Assistant will be a crucial member of the Guild Capital team, being a part of the global administrative support team. The Property Assistant will provide a broad range of administrative and logistical support to Guild's Managing Director by liaising with various portfolios of properties in Miami.

The Property Assistant will shape the operating rhythm of a complex, global portfolio of properties by providing broad, proactive property management support (e.g., coordinating with tenants, obtaining quotes and scheduling for vendor repairs, shopping, billing, and general administrative tasks). Daily responsibilities include general property management including being the main point-of-contact for tenants, tracking and organizing tenant bills for short-term rentals, collecting W0's for contract workers, securing competitive repair quotes, and overseeing repairs, as well as managing mail and landscaping needs. The Property Assistant will effectively prioritize, manage, and delegate several parallel work streams and solve complex problems. Requirements
  • Must have a vehicle and based in Miami
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and team skills
  • Self-starter with an approachable "can-do" mindset and. a positive attitude
  • Calm, professional, self-confident demeanor
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented able to solve complex problems independently under uncertainty
  • Comfort with changing priorities
  • Solid knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excited to work independently in a semi-remote environment
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
